Privacy Policy
What we collect
Only what you give us (like your email for the mailing list or an enquiry) and basic site analytics.
Ticket purchases
Payments and ticket details are handled by Eventbrite under its own privacy policy.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you view pages, open ticket checkout or buy tickets, we share with Meta the page, city and event involved, the cookies Meta uses to match activity to its ads, and your IP address and browser type. When you buy a ticket we also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of the name, email address and phone number on your Eventbrite order, so Meta can match the purchase to the ad you saw. Meta cannot read the original details from the hash and never receives your payment details. Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland are not tracked. You can limit ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or contact us to object to this use.
