Frequently asked questions

Will you be catering to dietary requirements?

Yes - we will have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Due to it being a stand-up cocktail party (ie. no allocated seating), we ask that you speak to a member of staff when you arrive so they can ensure you don't miss out. If you have any allergies we ask that you please be proactive.

Will there be non-alcoholic options?

Yes - we will have mocktails, soft drink and bottled water available.

Can Rooftop Sunset Party ticket holders access the other NYE events at the Emerson?

Yes - the Rooftop Sunset Party acts as a 'Golden Ticket' which will allow you access to all 3 Levels of the Emerson and all the events that are happening on NYE at the Emerson.

I can't make it to the Emerson until 10pm but I still want to enjoy the rooftop party?

That's absolutely fine - your ticket is valid all night. The food and drink offering is to encourage people to arrive at the venue, therefore the same price applies.

What is the dress code?

We suggest a formal or smart dress code. Given that it is summer, we will be flexible allowing smart shorts and t-shirts. However, strictly sports clothes, swimwear, bumbags, large designer labels.

I've got a large group

Amazing! For groups of 20 or more people feel free to email us to discuss options - info@ilovernb.com.au

Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?

Once this event is sold out, there will not be any additional tickets released. In addition to this we will be unable to sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

Are there VIP booth packages available?

Yes - please DM us on Instagram to enquire about a booth package.

Do you offer group discounts? Birthdays, Hen parties etc

Yes, we offer a discounted ticket price for groups of 5 or more. These tickets can be found listed as the “Group Package” above, orders for these tickets are restricted to a minimum of 5.

Why do the tickets come in different price tiers?

Whilst there is no physical difference, there is only a limited amount of tickets we can sell. Therefore we operate a festival style ticketing model. The earlier you buy your ticket the cheaper it will be.
